About Me
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #147840), which means I’m gathering hours towards my full license in California.
I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelors of Arts in Honours Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada. I completed my practicum as a trainee therapist at Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center, which provides affordable professional psychotherapy to adults, children, couples, and families living in the SF Bay Area (and elsewhere in California via telehealth).
My individual practice focuses on anxiety, depression, high sensitivity/HSP, relationship issues, life transitions, and past trauma. My work with couples focuses on pre-marital counseling, communication issues, healing past trauma, and building relational skills.
As a therapist, I take a humanistic, existential, holistic approach that does not rely on manualized techniques but rather focuses on developing a genuine human connection between therapist and client. I will treat you as a whole being, rather than as a collection of symptoms, and strive understand you better in the context of your own life and history.

I’m proud to be a first-generation immigrant from Canada. I consider myself a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), INFJ, artist, empath, and avid reader. I’m a wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Although I’m child-free, I have a very cute Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Olive that I consider my “baby.”
