Are you looking for a therapist to collaborate with? To do a deep dive into what it means to be you? Maybe you feel anxious, stuck in the same old patterns, or depressed. I want to work with you to help you find your sense of belonging, self-worth, and safety. I want to help you feel comfortable living the most “you” life possible. I can’t wave a magic wand and make everything better, but I can be your steadfast companion, cheerleader, consultant, and witness on this journey of inner work you are embarking upon.

I tailor my approach to each individual. I will treat you as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms. My work is “integral,” or holistic, meaning I see all parts of the self as important in this work: mind, body, and spirit. I practice from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective, and I draw inspiration from many traditions, including integral psychology, humanistic psychology, depth psychology, feminist psychology, Gestalt, parts work, and more.

I currently work under the supervision of Myles Downes (LMFT48178) at New Perspectives Counseling Center, seeing individual adult clients and couples in person and via telehealth.

I am currently accepting new clients.
